I found this little program and it's quite useful! It seems to convert many other things as well! =D quite easy to use and also has advanced features which I don't really use..

Use it along with the guide to! So far every code I tested works.

I've gotten many AR Max codes and converted them to raw. I also got many CB codes that did the same thing and converted to the same raw using the method in the codebreaker to pnach file guide. I hope this hasn't been posted before!
