The hotel/motel must have a food serving restaurant on premises which derives at least 40% of its gross revenue from food sales. The restaurant's serving hours must coincide with those of alcohol beverage service until 10 pm, at the earliest, liquor sales may continue until 2 am. The container must be sealed with plastic adhesive, such as electrical tape, and must have a government warning label. Dispensing cannot occur at a drive-through window or drive-up service window.
