And the SSID. I really don't get why ISPs use generated passwords. Even though in this case it was not directly based on the SSID but clearly there is some correlation anyway which is super bad. I get that it's easy for support staff but so is randomly generating the keys and stuffing them in a database and that's much safer (but it's even better not to have access at all obviously - just have a reset procedure) And while they're at it, they shouldn't use 8-character uppercase passwords anyway. Considering they leave out the L, I and O according to this source code, this leaves a complexity of 23 8 which is brute forceable in a few days with oclHashcat and a decent modern GPU.
